Our Mission & Story

A Living Model of
Constitutional Governance

Keep Colorado Constitutional is more than a campaign — it is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to fortify the foundations of Liberty and Justice for the next 150 years.

Why We Exist

This Is a Historic Moment

Ordinary people are being called to do extraordinary things. The generations before us gave the world an extraordinary gift: a nation founded on the belief that liberty belongs to every individual.

This Independence Day, America celebrates 250 years of freedom while Colorado marks 150 years of statehood. Now it is our turn — a new generation of 150-Year Founders — to carry that gift forward.

Together, we will lead by example as the point on the compass for the Free World — a living model of Constitutional governance that chooses liberty over division, responsibility over dependence, and courage over complacency.

Liberty Over Division

Constitutional rights belong to every individual — regardless of nationality, race, gender, religion, creed, or background.

Responsibility Over Dependence

We direct every vestige of our sovereignty toward solving great challenges, building strong communities, and governing ourselves with wisdom and restraint.

Courage Over Complacency

This endeavor will outlast us. It is for our children and our children's children — reaching beyond any election, any office, or any political party.

Our Primary Vehicle

Colorado Office of Constitutional Accountability

COCA

Through COCA, we are organizing strong coalitions to identify legal loopholes, propose legislation, support strategic litigation, provide real oversight, and advance solutions that strengthen Constitutional government.

Coalition Building

Uniting Coloradans and Americans nationwide around shared constitutional values.

Citizen Oversight

Real accountability from the people, for the people.

Constitutional Review

Rigorous analysis of laws and regulations against constitutional standards.

Strategic Litigation

Supporting legal challenges that protect individual rights.

Government Accountability

Holding elected officials and agencies to their constitutional obligations.

Legislative Reform

Recommending and advancing statutory changes that strengthen constitutional governance.

Where We Begin

Launch Initiatives

Five focused efforts launching the coalition's work to restore and protect constitutional rights across Colorado and the nation.

1

Colorado Office of Constitutional Accountability (COCA)

Our Coalition of Members and Advisory Council providing citizen oversight, constitutional review, strategic litigation support, government accountability initiatives, and recommendations for legislative reform.

2

The People v. OARC

A constitutional challenge examining due process, equal protection, accountability, and the proper limits of delegated authority.

3

Legislative Reform Working Group

Identifying legal loopholes, regulatory conflicts, and statutory reforms necessary to strengthen Constitutional government.

4

Second Amendment Working Group

Defending Article II, Section 13 protections and advancing solutions that preserve the right of self-defense for future generations.

5

Due Process Working Group

Addressing administrative overreach, regulatory enforcement failures, unequal treatment under the law, and procedural fairness.

Beyond Colorado

A Nationwide Movement

What began in Colorado is expanding across the nation. Keep Texas Constitutional is already underway — the founder's vision from the start — and the Keep U.S. Constitutional coalition is being built state by state, dedicated to Liberty, Equal Justice, Prosperity, and Human Dignity for All.

Meet Rachel Suh

"It Takes a Colorado Girl..."

Rachel Suh lives outside of Pagosa Springs, Colorado — hauling water, staying warm by fire, and raising two children with her husband Michael with a deep appreciation for responsibility, independence, and lived freedom.

She has spent more than twenty-two years writing and thinking about constitutional limits, government accountability, and the long-term consequences of unchecked power — beginning at seventeen, concerned about the national debt, and growing into a lifelong focus on how government decisions shape everyday lives.

A small business owner, strategic consultant, and Certified Scrum Master, Rachel brings practical frameworks to the challenge of lean, accountable government. She founded Keep Colorado Constitutional from the same conviction that guides her life: that ordinary people, when united around constitutional principles, can do extraordinary things.
